A dedicated crop researcher conducts plant variety trails and develops internal protocols needed for the company’s production programmes. Also extensive research is being done on the use of bioreactors, somatic embryogenesis, and liquid culture for better production processes.. It is the avowed company policy to retain the best scientist in the world for each product. Currently, the research activities are headed by Dr. A.F. Mascarehnas, ex dep director of National Chemical Laboratories who has over 30 years experience in the field of tissue culture. Technical consultants from around the world ably assist him.   Suppliers of genetic material are protected under confidentiality agreements. The company plants are certified for viruses on request.
